The British Ambassador to Estonia, Viljar Lubi, is hosting an Estonia Sauna Reception in the magical landscape of Loch Lomond on Thursday 12th September.

Programme:

• Opening remarks by Ambassador Viljar Lubi

• Introducing the Estonian bespoke sauna manufacturers & crafters, represented by ÖÖD, Iglucraft, Haljas, Saunum, HUUM and DecNord

• Hot topic talk – sauna culture in the UK

• The real sauna experience & networking

There will also be the opportunity to sauna at the event, and pre-registration will be required.

We are delighted to welcome the wonderful Tamar and Clare of HOWL CHOIR to Beach Box to close our Brighton Fringe Festival celebrations. They will lead us in a 1 hour beach-side workshop, taking a well-known contemporary song and teaching us a new arrangement with harmonies. No singing or musical experience is needed as they will guide you through each step.
Whether you haven’t sung since your school choir, have a solid karaoke number, or are a complete beginner, this supportive, collaborative, relaxed environment is the perfect taster of the incredible proven benefits of group-singing and will leave you feeling uplifted and joyful. And maybe even with a new hobby!

We will follow this with a gorgeous 45min sauna session with plenty of steam on the rocks to relax our vocal chords.
Relax, unwind, connect with your fellow singers and enjoy a nightime dip in the sea.

You will have access to our freshwater showers and chill out seating areas. There is a chilled steel tub, a cool plunge pool and a slipper bath onsite for you to cool off during your sauna session too.

Join us for a Brighton Fringe Festival steamy finale in our beautiful Lotta Sauna with views to the ocean. Relax as our sauna masters work together in the sauna to bring you an unforgettable experience using a plethora of leaf whisks from a wide variety of trees. We'll give you heat peaks and refreshing breezes using Birch - the lady of the woods, Oak - the father, Eucalyptus - for protection, and more.... Close your eyes and let us take you to the forest, let the magnificent sound and aromas of the leaves surround you.

Your 2 hour session includes 90 minutes of sauna time, with time at either side for changing. You will spend the first part of your sauna session settling into the heat and space, and enjoying the cold plunges and the sea, and the second half of the sauna time enjoying our Rhythm Forest Rituals.

You will have access to our freshwater showers and chill out seating areas. There is a chilled steel tub, a cool plunge pool and a slipper bath onsite for you to cool off between sessions too.

Session: 2 hours onsite, 90 minutes sauna time | £35

Join Beach Box Tallulah and Katherine for a lunchtime Joyful Sauna & Song, as part of our Brighton Fringe Festival listings. In this relaxed session, the girls will lead you in rounds of simple song. Feel free to join in as much or as little as you feel comfortable, there are no expectations at all. Open to all abilities. A unique chance to combine the relaxation of the sauna with the joy of singing and see where it takes us.

You will have access to our freshwater showers and chill out seating areas. There is a chilled steel tub, a cool plunge pool and a slipper bath for you to cool off between sessions too.

Session: 1 hour onsite, 45 minutes sauna time | £15

Beach Box Brighton are excited to offer a safe environment for an extended German style sauna event across our whole site, celebrating all that is great about German Sauna Tradition. They are renowned for Aufguss with essential oils and full nudity at the saunas, giving a space to sweat comfortably and freely.

In this session clothing will be optional - so everybody can dress to their level of comfort.

Aufguss will be performed by Beach Box's very own German sauna master - Mika.

This event will prioritise consent, respect and a safe environment for all participants.

Mixed gender social nudity is strictly non sexual. To ensure everyone has a good time, we have strict zero tolerance rules, so certain behaviours or actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
