You’re invited to Heal Saunas grand opening day!

We are so excited to welcome you to Heal Saunas at High Lodge, Thetford Forest, for our grand opening day on Saturday 2nd November from 11am onwards. Join us for an invigorating Nordic bathing experience in nature.

This woodfired Scandinavia style sauna, designed and made by us, holds up to 12 people and is now ready for you to relax and connect to the healing power of deep heat. Cold plunge also available for those who want to explore the benefits of contrast therapy.

Sauna ceremonies will be taking place throughout the day at various times, an invigorating multi-sensory experience with foraged leaf whisks to aid relaxation of the muscles, skin treatments to make you glow, along with essential oil infusions, sound and breathwork.

Tickets are just £5 so come and sauna with us underneath the trees.
