Aufguss UK will be bringing its annual competitive sauna competition, the UK Aufguss Championships, to London for the first time on Sunday 18th and Monday 19th May 2025. It will be hosted at Arc, a new 60-person sauna and cold plunge space in Canary Wharf.

This year it will be followed by the Sauna Summit which will take place on Tuesday 20th May, so visitors will have the chance to enjoy an extended stay to take in both events.

Tickets will be launched in late January - early February.
