welcome to our first ever STEAMY WONDERS weekend at trenarren. this is an open invitation to come and enjoy the house the gardens & woodland, and most of all the beautiful bespoke SAUNA

this a unique opportunity to come and stay at trenarren HOUSE at this introductory price and a fraction of the cost of coming for a training or retreat.

an opportunity to spend a magical weekend relaxing in the sauna, chatting to like minded souls, practising whisking, receiving whisking, sitting around the fire, swimming in the sea, walking the stunning south west coast path, or ... simply sitting in stillness and enjoying the stunning sea views.

friday 15th november

6pm - 8pm steamin n dreamin house sauna

saturday 16th november

10am - 4pm open whisking sauna session

come and practice, give and receive whisking in the lithuanian pirtis tradition

6pm - 8pm singing sauna with sarah leek and jez

honouring the beaver full moon in gemini, we will gently explore the inner and outer landscapes of our bodies and minds in 4 delightful rounds of steam. the unfolding will be entirely organic and ... will include some or all of the following practices: singing, whisking, silence, toning

sunday 17th november

10am - 12noon steamin n dreamin house sauna

sample breakfast dishes

chia pudding with fruit
eggs poached or scrambled with pumpkin seed &
kombucha “parmesan”
flax & oat bircher, apple, raisins, banana & cinammon
coombeshead farm sourdough toast

sample lunch dishes

pumpkin & apple soup
salad with fresh local greens & apple with a cumin &
kombucha vinegar dressing
grated beetroot and kombucha slaw
hard boiled eggs

sample dinner dishes

raw courgette “pasta” with pistaccio & tomato pesto
aga roasted vegetables with pomegranate molassescheese & onion omelette with foraged greens
jaclet potatoes with cheese & pickled apple slaw
carrot & apple puy daal

* almost all the fruit and vegetables we eat are from keveral a local organic certified co-op farm less than 10 miles from the house and delivered with such love by the growers themselves who you might get to meet in the sauna!
