A wonderfully timed ‘Coming Together’ of UK Sauna enthusiasts to celebrate a very unique, 35 person capacity, Round House Event Sauna build by architect & Guardian Of The Sauna - Kernow Springs. 

Invitations are now open to all Sauna operators, owners, masters & practitioners. Please register your interest & attendance by way of comment on the Kernow Springs instagram page 🙏 

CEREMONY DAY PROGRAM :

 🔥11am to 12pm - Arrival of guests & social. Plant based canapés. Relax in & out of the outdoor pool & woodfired hot tubs with ambient gong from Tess @sisu_soundserenity 

🔥12pm to 1pm - Introduction by Martin of @kernowsprings The Round House Sauna Ethos & Sauna Host ‘Takeover Days’ explained. 

🔥1pm to 2pm - Enter the Sauna space with a special ‘Forest Sauna Blessing’ from Nick T @nickttherapies 

🔥2pm to 5pm - ‘Re Energise & Renew’. An invitation to all Sauna host guests to reclaim the Sauna space, look after themselves & one another & share in self care practices. Salt scrubs, whisking, masks & poetry from Emma @the_islandsauna & Sarah @seasidesaunahaus 

🔥5pm to 6pm - Sauna space release, exit & Cosy Down with sound bath from Tess & secret forest guest !

🔥6pm to 7pm - Refreshments, departing social & ‘Takeover Days’ registration. 

This is a FREE OF CHARGE event, a ‘Giving Back’ to all those that work so passionately within our beautiful Sauna community.
