Join us for a Brighton Fringe Festival steamy finale in our beautiful Lotta Sauna with views to the ocean. Relax as our sauna masters work together in the sauna to bring you an unforgettable experience using a plethora of leaf whisks from a wide variety of trees. We'll give you heat peaks and refreshing breezes using Birch - the lady of the woods, Oak - the father, Eucalyptus - for protection, and more.... Close your eyes and let us take you to the forest, let the magnificent sound and aromas of the leaves surround you.

Your 2 hour session includes 90 minutes of sauna time, with time at either side for changing. You will spend the first part of your sauna session settling into the heat and space, and enjoying the cold plunges and the sea, and the second half of the sauna time enjoying our Rhythm Forest Rituals.

You will have access to our freshwater showers and chill out seating areas. There is a chilled steel tub, a cool plunge pool and a slipper bath onsite for you to cool off between sessions too.
